Summer Job in Skálholt

Skálholt is looking for a hard-working and reliable employee for a summer position from May to September.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, practical, and able to work independently, and who enjoys working outdoors in a beautiful historic environment.

Main tasks:

•             Grass cutting with grass trimmers and mowing tractors

•             General maintenance and tidying around the Skálholt estate

•             Light manual work such as painting and upkeep

•             Assisting the estate manager with various tasks

Requirements:

•             License for construction machinery

•             Ability to work independently and follow instructions

•             Hard-working and responsible attitude

•             English required (Icelandic not required)

Working hours:

08:00 – 16:00 on weekdays

Salary: According to the collective agreement of Báran.
