Temporary Closure of Skálholt Cathedral – November 28th and 29th
Skálholt Cathedral will be closed to visitors from 3:00 PM on Friday, November 28, and throughout Saturday, November 29. The temporary closure is due to a professional recording session by the vocal ensemble Cantores Islandiae, who will be recording the Þorlákstíðir music in the cathedral.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Þorláksbúð will remain open from 9 AM to 6 PM on both days, and visitors are warmly invited to explore the exhibition and artefacts on display.

Wave Rider offers simple controls that newcomers can understand within seconds. Keyboard movement, jumping, tapping, and swiping make the game enjoyable on both PC and mobile devices. Although the controls are accessible, higher speeds still require accuracy, concentration, and quick reactions.
Thanks for the heads-up! It sounds like a lovely recording project with Cantores Islandiae, and it’s good to know Þorláksbúð will still be open for visitors on those days.
I came across a cartoon gaming website recently that has a good mix of games from different classic animation brands. Cartoon Network Games are included alongside Disney and Nickelodeon titles, which makes the selection especially interesting.
