Wish songs at the organ with Jón Bjarnason

Finally, after a long break, it will be possible to sing the Óskalágin at the organ in Skálholt Cathedral. You will be able to choose from a diverse list of songs that organist Jón Bjarnason plays on the organ. Lyrics will be projected so you can sing along. Admission is free, but voluntary donations are accepted.

About the event
Finally, finally we hold the Wish Songs at the Organ, the long awaited event!
Jón Bjarnason, our best organist, will sit at the organ in Skálholt Cathedral on Saturday, May 25 at 17:00 and play our wish songs.
People can choose about 100 songs from a list and it will be possible to follow the lyrics on a screen so they can sing along.
Admission is free, but voluntary donations will be accepted to the Skálholt Cathedral's Wing Fund. You can deposit directly into the fund by bank transfer: 0133-15-1647, id 610172-0169.
You are welcome and be sure to bring grandparents, children and grandchildren, everyone will find something to their liking.
The Hvänn restaurant is open and you can have refreshments there in connection with the event.
