Jón Bjarnason sits down at the organ on June 26 and plays guests' wish songs. People can choose about 100 songs from a list and it will be possible to follow the lyrics on a screen so they can sing along. Admission is free, but voluntary donations will be accepted

About the event
The Wish Songs at the Organ is an event where visitors can choose which songs they want to hear played on the organ in Skálholt Church. Jón Bjarnason is going to sit down at the organ and play our wish songs on June 26 at 8:00 p.m. You will be able to choose from a diverse list of songs. The lyrics will be projected onto a screen so you can sing along with the organ playing.
Admission is free, but voluntary donations will be accepted. You can pay directly to the Fylgijóð of Skálholt Cathedral by bank transfer: 0133-15-1647, id 610172-0169.
